ASWN 2003
is the third workshop on Applications and Services in Wireless
Networks which will take place in the capital of Switzerland. Encouraged
by the increasing success of the two previous events that were held in
France, this workshop expects to receive again a high number of
interesting paper submissions. ASWN 2003 will provide a forum for
discussions on recent and new developments in the area of applications
and services over wireless networks. The target audience are academic
and industry researchers, service providers and marketers. In
particular, the workshop aims to investigate the applications and
