The XBAC (eXperience Based Admission Control) project aims at creating a distributed system for end-to-end QoS prediction on the Internet. It is based on clustering of endpoints to groups who organize in a structured peer-to-peer network to coordinate measurements and exchange data / statistical models. The project is done by the RVS group at the University of Bern, Switzerland.
